Pre & Post Natal Pilates Created for women in all stages of pregnancy and postpartum recovery, our Prenatal & Postnatal Pilates reformer sessions are safe, educational, and specifically designed to empower you as you navigate pregnancy, prepare for labor, and recover postnatally. Continuing education is an imperative component to growth in our industry. When it comes to pre/postnatal exercise, just reading a book is not enough to truly set coaches up for success. Fitness® Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Instructor Training opens countless opportunities for those who want to help new and expectant mothers regain strength and confidence, overcome postpartum depression, and forge a stronger bond with their child through the power of physical activity. The course is taught by Oh Baby!Missing: Locomotion. When Lonnie Collins Motion--Locomotion--was seven years old, his life changed forever. Now he's eleven, and his life is about to change again. His teacher, Ms. Marcus, is showing him ways to put his jumbled feelings on paper. And suddenly, Lonnie has a whole new way to tell the world about his life, his friends, his little sister Lili, and even his foster mom, Miss Edna, who started out crabby.
